CERTIFICATIONS

Certification from IAOP enhances your value and career potential through certification for every level of career pathway. These standards, developed and maintained by the not-for-profit Outsourcing Standards Board, identify more than 100 specific areas of knowledge, experience, and skill individuals need for outsourcing success.

CORPORATE & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Develop the skills and processes needed to ensure high-quality outsourcing outcomes through IAOP's training and certification programs including the Certified Outsourcing Professional® Family of Certifications

AWARDS

At IAOP, we are happy to celebrate another milestone in our relationship with our members: the 6th anniversary of PULSE Magazine. From its very start, this magazine has been driven by you, the industry’s experts and trusted sources for knowledge. You have shaped our editorial, weighing in on probing questions, debating both sides with us and even forecasting the future.

Hundreds of IAOP members have contributed to more than 30 issues by writing thought leadership pieces; sharing your latest research, books and accomplishments; talking with us about your careers and the profession; letting our membership know about your chapters; and joining with us at the Outsourcing World Summit and other IAOP events to raise a glass of cheer.

As we continually read and report to you, robotics, automation, and cognitive and digital technologies will have enormous impacts in our professions going forward. Throughout all this change, IAOP remains committed to being the association with our global network of customers, providers and advisors that brings it all together for you because in the end, what we are all doing, boils downs to managing relationships.
